Crossing Void is a 2D RPG fighting game that puts you in control of some of the most famous Dengeki Bunko Publishing characters. That's right, we're talking about the Japanese light novel publisher that's released publications in several different genres.
Crossing Void is a turn-based gameplay system. The virtual controls are located at the bottom of the screen. These controls allow you to perform your character's different skills and attacks. You can heal, use supporting skills, attack different areas, and use other popular resources in this genre. Once you've exhausted your actions, it's your rival's turn. Whoever destroys the opponent first, wins.
Crossing Void is based on the usual Gacha system in which you can unlock more than 40 different characters based on Dengeki Bunko's novels. The 2D visuals are practically an interactive anime with incredible sprites which means that advancing in the story mode (and other game modes) is enough of an incentive to experience new settings and characters in motion.
Although there are already a bunch of games with anime aesthetics, Crossing Void stands out thanks to its visuals (both in animation and character design). Plus, the voiceovers are provided by professional Japanese seiyuus. You're sure to feel immersed in this work of interactive Asian animation.
